The preprint of our new article on the validation and comparison of the Geopyörä test against the industry standards SMC® and Bond ball mill work index tests is now available!
The article aims to present the results of a comprehensive validation of our breakage device, comparing its performance with two widely employed tests: the SMC® and Bond ball mill work index tests. Over 100 samples underwent testing for comparison. The analysis demonstrates that the Geopyörä test accurately estimates the parameters provided by the conventional tests, solidifying its status as a reliable tool for conducting comminution and geometallurgical assessments.
